I haven't seen too many threads dedicated to the Birthsigns and I'd like to open this up to all interested parties that have noticed recurring traits attributed to the different constellations whether through texts or game play.
One that always stands out to me is The Lord and it's apparent relation to Skyrim or Nords. The description goes...
"The Lord's Season is First Seed and he oversees all of Tamriel during the planting. Those born under the sign of the Lord are stronger and healthier than those born under other signs."
No red flags there, but it's when we start looking at the Greater Powers and Abilities that things start to get interesting,
In Morrowind the Lord is blessed with The Blood of the North (Regenerate Health) and cursed with Trollkin (Weakness to Fire). The North being a hearkening back Skyrim and Trollkin to the Nords (whom are related giant-folk and their ilk; at least culturally).
In Oblivion the same blessing and curse applies to the month of First Seed, but with a peculiar addition to it's corresponding Birthsign Stone. The Stone bestows upon the player Ysmir's Scales Greater Power (Resist Frost, Fortify Heavy and Light Armor). Again we have another tie to Skyrim through Ysmir, a recurring hero-figure that's prominent in Nordic myth.
And finally, in Skyrim there's the Lord Stone which grants the player a bonus to Magic Resistance and Armor which is basically a copy/paste of the Lord Stone from Oblivion.
Don't know what to think about this aside from the obvious and I wonder if there are other peculiarities attached to the Lord or other Signs that I might have missed.

On a somewhat related note...
"The Serpent wanders about in the sky and has no Season, though its motions are predictable to a degree."
Reminds me of the LDB and CoC (to a degree) Cursed to wander from Stone to Stone switching their Blessings at will.
