I'm starting a new game in Fallout New Vegas, so I need recommendations on how I should build my character,

Heres the basics of what I'll be playing:

Difficulty: Very Hard

hardcoe Mode: Off

Personality: A Business character, he likes to run the show and talk his way out of things.

Follower preference: Raul

Armor: Pre War Business Wear

Faction: House then Yes-Man

I need Recommendations on:

Skills:
Perks:

Weapons:

Specials:

Skills:Speech,Barter,Repair,Lockpick,or Science

Perks:Confirmed Bachelor,Terrifying Presence,Comprehension

Weapons:Any type of pistol maybe That Gun,or Maria whenever you deal with Benny?

Specials: 4,5,,4,9,9,5,5

That's what I can recommend. Are you going to let your companions do most of the fighting? Or are you still going to focus on at least one weapon skill?

I'm going to have my companions do most the fighting for me however I'm going to help out with a small gun or pistol so I'll occasionally put some points into guns or energy weapons

Thanks for the recommendations :)

A Light Shining In Darkness is a nice, compact pistol for the businessman on the go

A Light Shining In Darkness is a great pistol if you're going to use small guns, and if you're going to use Raul I would recommend giving him his Old Vaquero perk when you do his quest and maybe buy him a brush gun preferably the Medicine Stick from what I've heard he's especially deadly with that weapon.
