Can I run Morrowind overhaul 3.0 on my laptop, even on lower settings? It's new, but nothing particularly special.

Anyway, here's the specs:

CPU: Intel i3-3227u 1.90 ghz

GPU: intel® HD Graphics 4000

OS: Windows 8 64-bit

Ram: 6GB

I think you will have problems with an Intel graphics card to run it. You might be able to to run it without the shaders.

Yeah, the graphics card is what I was afraid of. I think I'll try what you suggested and try it without the shaders.
