I have over 255 mods that I merged with wrye bash to reduce the number of mods in my Data folder. But Bash wouldn't automatically build 3 of them and suggested disabling these before the merge. These were Hunterborn-Frostfall compatibility patch, nosaltrecipes.esp, and lighterdragonloot.esp. So I disabled these in the Skyrim launcher and then merged the other mods.
After the merge, these 3 mods have a "+" sign indicating they were successfully merged into a bashed patch. But the other 255+ mods have a check mark indicating the plug in is active. I disabled these 3 mods and tried to launch the game, but it CTD at the load screen.
Does this mean only those 3 mods were successfully merged into the bash patch 0.esp? So I'm still exceeding the max mod limit which is causing the CTD?
