Hi everyone. I'm Scorpio and I would like to introduce myself. and oh yeah, about the ESO monthly fee...Is it only for playing online or main quests? If i pay for Xbox live do I still have to pay the fee too? what about PC users?

The ESO monthly fee applies for all platforms, there is no offline mode, it's all online, hence it being an MMO.

You'll still have to pay the console costs, but I understand ZOS and Sony have an agreement which allows you to play ESO without paying the PSN cost? Not sure on that though.

Most likely its PC for me cuz i cant afford xbox one or a ps4.

There is no offline mode. Its online only. Yes you will have to pay the same subscription no matter the platform you play on. No you don't have to pay higher cost for the game to play on console, you simply have to pay SEPARATE fees, one of which is not related to TESO at all.

Yes, pc players have to pay for the game and pay the subscription.

It is up to Sony or Microsoft whether console users have to pay the "access to Sony's system" or "access to Microsoft's system" fee.

There aren't any payment system thread allowed right now, because the whole thing hasn't been finalized by Zenimax yet.
