Combine all Elder Scrolls

As a fan of the two last elder scrolls and getting a deeper insight on the other games that I have not yet played or cannot because of my newer game systems Xbox360 and PS3, I have an idea for Bethesda Co. Just a 'What If' situation. I was hoping to know...What If you combine all of the Elder Scrolls games into one? It could be either DLC or just one game altogether. I think it's a fascinating topic to discuss. Not only would you be able to play all Elder Scrolls games on one disc, but it'd be updated and better than the previous individual games. So for instance someone has Skyrim. There are already modders trying to combine Morrowind on either Oblivion or Skyrim. You could make those games which would have better graphics and have them as DLC so you could select which one you want to play. But the other idea is a mash up. What if you started the game in the Arena first and do all those quests and when you're done, you can travel to Hammerfell or Morrowing or even Cyrodiil. You could select which province to travel to and do those quests. That way, you can just have them available in game. Of course, perhaps create another Elder Scrolls game that not only has great graphics and new places to travel to, but you could have the option to create your own child (marry a guy you want and click on option that says 'have child' and a normal Skyrim age child pops up and you can create what they look like) so that way not only would you have kids, but they could look like the character and their husband/wife too. I'm just throwing out suggestions so that you could think it over.

Another thing is that I'm sort of creating this short story, not official because it's just coming from my imagination. It'd be cool to have the create child option in it, but what if the plot of the new game is a new child is born from a new Emperor (since you can kill the last one in Skyrim) is corrupted by false priests who were Daedra in disguise who were ordered by a higher Daedra to turn the child evil. The boy grows up and when he becomes Emperor, he blames the elves and any magicka users for being the ones creating these threats (oblivion crisis, Staff of Chaos even though not entirely true) just to start a war. However, the divines send someone to retrieve the Staff of Chaos to send the men to a different dimension (not oblivion but another version of Tamriel). The new champion starts out as a possible Nord, Reguard, or Imperial (perhaps a disguised Breton) who was sent to kill the Emperor and have the men join the mer once more as one. But...there's a twist. How about re-introducing the Dwemer because they vanished from Tamriel and no one knew what happened except that the Chimer had struck Lord Lorkhan's Heart and they vanished. The player could find a way to gain help from them. In the end game, the Emperor is dead and the men and mer are once again re-united.

AGAIN YOU DON"T HAVE TO USE THIS IDEA I"M JUST HOPING YOU COULD LOOK OVER IT.

okay, first of all, that wall of text was really hard on the eyes...

A game you are suggesting would not be possible.. creating a game that large is not currently feasible on any platform... unless you went back to Daggerfall graphics.. but even then its iffy...

games take up to much space, and a game like you are suggesting would take up more much then 150GB (I say this by comparing sizes of current games that take up 50GB)

as for the second half of your post with your "Story", goes against established lore to much..

seriously Jack, just a few months ago you were saying Skyrim was the best game ever, and that it "Changed gaming as we know it".. why do you keep switching stances on issues so much?

There's a whole list of things I dislike about your ideas, but I'll settle for one question: what's better for the community, an entirely new game with new land and new adventures, or remakes of old games? Because Bethesda can't do both at once.

Indeed. We must keep up with the times! Every year gaming is changed forever. I can't decide if it's beautiful or tragic. I guess the former, since apparently we're saved or something...

If you want to play Morrowind and older, they all run on pretty much any run-of-the-mill PC just fine. Morrowind also runs perfectly fine on the 360.

That said, I'm 100% positive that you won't like any of the games before Oblivion.

The games are different enough that Bethesda couldn't simply combine the game assets from each game and make one large one. This is especially true of Arena and Daggerfall compared to Morrowind forward. Those two games would pretty much have to be re-created from scratch using the main quests and some of the bigger set pieces as a skeleton. It would be cool, but it'd be a really big project.
