As the subject says, I started the game today and then i logged in and then I noticed allll my work is LOST! All my equipmentprofiles are reset to empty and my level back to 6 from 50!!! Can anyone explain this phenomenon?

i'm not sure if there's a way to backup, there might even be bad hack servers that mess with the profile of the people that join them

I have the same problem as you. I did just only thing, reinstall my system and when I sign back into my account I lost my status I have 83% complete, 50 rank and now I must start from zero. Every stupid process witch I reached is lost. Weapon attach, support bonuses, everything.

Its actually third time when happened to me. First time I put this game to ice and stop to play, I think half year I didnt play, after that I normally log in and my status was lost. That pissed me.

I think this profile save into web, work as cloud server, because Crysis 3 has no problem with that. I never lost my process in this game. But in C2 is different. Your process propably save into your pc and from time to time crash.

I am afraid its no way how to get back your process. You have to start again from zero like me.

The cloud in this game is broken.
