The Reason: I wanted to see more executions take place in Skyrim. I was so tempted to use General Tullius as "The Prisoner". You only see two in the entire game.
The Plan: The current plan to have a periodic execution take place outside entrance of a city. I'm thinking this is going to be whiterun because it's the first city you'll see most likely. I haven't worked out a time frame for the execution to take place yet, but I'm leaning towards having it in the mornings. As they will be out in the open, the spectators will need some protection from any hostilities. There will be 3 guards called "Elite Skyrim Guard", their affiliation is with Skyrim and no particular hold or faction. This will be a seamless lopping off of someone's head. There are plans to add executions to Solsthiem(seperate file, while main will not require the DLCs).
Current: As seen in the video, the basic structure for the scene is complete. I just have to add the guards, and begin the hair pull that will be messing with the navmesh at wherever I do decide it will take place(for the chairs)
