I have no idea why this was moved off the Prey boards since it's relevant. Human Head's Prey 2 isn't coming out. Human Head Studios also worked on Bioshock Infinite and Defiance in 2012/13. http://robhoward.squarespace.com/blog/2013/3/25/an-infinitely-interesting-experience.html

Bethesda's handling of Prey 2 is the worst!

You mean the team developing Prey 2? That's what the official boards say. That's what the official Facebook page says. (https://www.facebook.com/prey2/info) No mention of Obsidian or Arkane there. It shouldn't be moved, since according to the folks at Bethesda, they're continuing to support Human Head Studios Prey 2.
