Character Journal for ESO - Record your adventures

As you adventure in the game world, your character comes across a lot of history, lore and information. Just as in real life we use cell phones, blogs and post-it notes to keep tract of stuff, why can’t we do the same thing with our character? While this is not required for role-playing, it adds another dimension. Whether it’s just you or others, character journaling can add creativity, organization and depth to your adventures. I strongly suggest the developers consider adding a character journal (notepad) in-game. Basically, this would be accessed in the character screen and allows the player to type general notes, information about alchemy recipes, dungeon details, people you meet, monsters you fought, weapons you found, etc. This should be something easy to add to the game. Thoughts?

I love things that add roleplaying elements or fluff as some people call it. Most of the time they are really easy to implement, i think developers are just lazy.

I find such elements to add massive depth to the game.

If they are going to implement a Adventure Journal, I hope that they will modify some elements in the game around it as well. For example, for a quest you find a writing on a wall that explains the order of opening the door of another Dungeon, you could then transcribe that code into your journal and when you get to the other Dungeon you could open your journal to look up the code. Stuff like that sound amazing and fun to me.
