so many people want it. so many people bought your game without knowing they cant run it since they could run crysis 2 perfectly fine. why cant you make it happen?

All Crysis 3 development has ceased. There's your answer. Crysis 3 had 50 less developers than Crysis 2, I don't think they had the resources to work on development, features, and debug for two DirectX branches. Crysis 3 is all about graphics, DirectX 10 would be a step back.
