Crysis3 not to start a game please help : Crysis

Since I bought from you was not able to play the run go get into the main menu and when you start the game freezes and will not start what do I do

cpu: AMD A6-5400K
ram: 4gb ddr3
gpu: AMD powercolor Radeon HD 6870 1gb ddr5
Motherboard: MSI FM2-A55M-E33 (MS-7721)
OS: win 7x64

Drivers are all updated...

That's a slow APU, it's going to hinder your performance in Crysis 3 a lot, but the game should start. I see it has an integrated GPU. Could there be some kind of conflict with the 6870? Any way to disable the integrated GPU?
