Hi guys I bought fallout a few days ago and been trying to get it to work for the past few days like crazy. It freezes on me evertime I shoot a npc, it freezed not ctds btw. At first I thought it was due to mods, but then I took all of them off and it is still the same. Anyone know what can be causing this? Also I sis the multi core fix to the ini. Would really appreciate it if anyone could help. All D

video card: geforce gtx 680
17-3770k intel core proccessor
32gb ram
64 bit operating system
windows 7 os

I'm also doing a clean install to see if it works.

clean install didn't work same issue
