Looking for an unedited Skirim.ini file..

My backup file had gotten corrupted & now that I have changed a few things with my mods, I can not shoot an arrow straight... Even after removing all mods. So it has to be a change to an .ini file. Or am I wrong?

You can just delete Skyrim.ini/SkyrimPrefs.ini, and next time you start the game (through Launcher, not SKSE if you're using it) new ones will be created.

To generate a new ini file, just remove/delete the ones you have in you Documents/My Games folder and launch the game.
