All of a sudden I cannot set any of my NPCs to Protected. They are unique and essential is available, but instead of "Protected" I get "Encumbrance 2 / 300" or some nonsense like that.

This is even for NPCs I know I have set to "Protected before - they are reading "Encumbrance 18 / 300" ( or some other number than 18) now. It looks like the phrase got switched out somehow.

Does anyone else have this?
