So, I'm in a bit of a dilemma. I'm playing essentially a good character and human sacrifice really isn't my thing. However, I kind of want the Ebony mail. Is there a follower out there who deserves to be sacrificed? Someone who's lead a bad life, done something extremely horrible, etc.

If you're on PC, make Nazeem your follower then...do the rest.

If not then hire a sell sword from one of the holds cause I can't think of anyone who deserves it.

I agree. Screw Boethiah and just console the Mail into your inventory... if you're on PC, that is.

If not, make a sacrifice of your own and give up the Mail.

Use UFO or a similar mod to remove Serana's essential status after the Dawnguard quest is done. Then use her as a sacrifice. 1 less vampire is always a good thing.

The hireling from Riften, that mage in adept robes that sits around the Bee and Barb. He deserves to die just for being so annoying. He's almost as uptight as an Altmer.

honestly, you cannot really consider yourself a good character and still do that quest, there is no real "good" way to do it.
