Yes you get to play the game, however except many crashes and lag issues. They are putting the servers and connections through very heavy loads.

Same as a normal test, but way more crashing and trying to login. You'll get to play though, unless you're horribly unlucky or something goes wrong with your install.

Look at your email and go to the beta forums that is linked there. This is where you should be asking your questions.
