I do not know where else to ask this, my normal download speed ia 28mb a second and with ESO I am getting around 88kb a second when i disable my firewall it only goes up to 97kb a second is it slow tonight or what may be the issue any help will be nice. I havent found any one that has this low speed on the forums or anywhere yet.
