RaidsAdventure Zones?

Hey All
So I have fallen a bit behind in regards to the info above. I got my beta invite but wont be able to play for 2 weeks due to a skiing holiday.
The main thing that has worried me since day one is that this game will turn out to be in essence a a larger skyrim with other people playing, but with no real element of teamwork and cohesion on a large scale for the end game. Even greater fear is that it will just turn into a GW2 flop which is so dull end game it makes you want to blow your brains out.
Personally one of my favorite things in MMO's is end game content which requires people to work together for a shared goal. The larger the amount of people the better. As far as i am aware ESO had tried to stay away from "raiding" and coined the term adventure zones? Though what they entail i am not sure.
I feel like that new MMOs are trying to pander more and more to the casual crowd, with the cuddly care bear approach of everyone being able to experience all the content on their own, kinda defying the point of an MMO IMO. This is own despite the most influential and popular MMO ever doing the exact opposite and actually losing subs since going down the carebear route.
So can someone explain in depth the end game aims of ESO or at least point me in the direction of articles / info that would better help me understand what i can expect. I really hope they try and include some epic end game that requires large groups. Its very much a driver and catalyst to successful mmo's that you are required to play with others and work towards a shared goal. Thats what makes these games truly epic. I really am expecting great things from ESO and i hope it takes lessons from GW2 that stripping down end game PVE to the barebones and taking away that driving force for people to put in the hours is just a downright terrible idea. Make sure there is enough content for ALL types of player, but dont remove all the exclusive perks of getting together and coordinating large groups, as thats what makes playing online with others fun.
Cheers :)

There is no in depth information to know yet. One would assume you will be seeing that kind of information coming out this month and next month.

No in depth information about AZs and the like at end game, rest assured that we'll hear something in the coming weeks.

They've planned an awful lot of PvE content and stressed the benefits of grouping together, for some obvious yet effective reasons.

I guess many MMO (like WoW) add content periodically and nobody asks why they do not plan - it just happens. I guess here is the same. The only option that could be more explained (or planned if not done yet) is how they imagine progress in years of game play. Uncapped level games has this actually simply responded - with every extension level cap is changed and all items need to be replaced to be on top and new content allows to get these items.

If ESO is planned with 50 level cap then there is obvious question (doubt / afraid) how is it planned to further build / extend player character.

Horizontally at first, with new content and skill lines added, eventually it would have to go vertical though, and level caps raised.
