i have just downloaded the beta launcher fully and it took a long time, when the full game comes out will i have to re install the 21.5 gb again??

No one knows, but this isn't the place to talk about it.

Look on your e-mail, it should direct you to some Official ZOS Forums where this could be answered without breaking the NDA (as you are now).

The beta forums aren't here. Look at the information you received; there should be information about how to get there. If you can't, open a ticket. From the last beta:
