I've never really made use of poisons, i'm thinking i should. I try to stick to plant-able ingredients personally.

Oh how i wish i could plant yellow mountain flower, its my favorite ingredient.

My sneak archer can be kinda weak so the most valuable posion I use is Slow (salt, deathbell and antlers).

I mean weak against powerful enemies when they manage to come close, not weak in general.

Imp Stool, Mora Tapinella, and Canis Root make for a nasty poison that most enemies won't ever get up from.

fortify restoration and fortify enchanting.

Most used is probably restore health, but my favorite would be slowing poison.

Frostbite venom.

Just 'cause I find so much of it.

Cure disease potions.

My favorite is the potion of slow , that does poison damage & slows the enemy 50%.

My most used, is probably the basic ones i make myself, frostbite venom or those shop bought strong poison's.

I only ever use health potions. I hope to rectify this in a future playthrough.
