Whenever I move the camera everything gets slightly darker and blurry. It's really bugging me. I reverted to a totally vanilla install and messed with all the settings I could think of (radial blur, etc.). I've been trying to figure it out for a few days. I can not get this to go away.

I made a video and posted it to youtube so you guys can see what I am talking about. I can't post links here if you go to youtube and search for "Blurry darkness when I move the camera..." my video will be at the top. You'll have to set to 1080p and watch in full screen to really see what I am talking about.

Does anyone have any idea of how to make this go away? I'm kind of new to PC gaming so I'm not totally familiar with all the graphical settings.

Watched the video: It looks normal to me. Could be your monitor having contrast issues?
