So I got a beta key (yay) and I installed the client and it went onto the 'updating launcher' bar and I was all happy and then it said after that 'loading defaults..'. I can't click anything, All that's on the window is that 'loading defaults...'. I've tried reinstalling a million times, I've clicked run as administrator, I've disabled anti virus, I've done everything Zenimax support suggested and still it does exactly the same thing.

I'm hoping someone knows how to fix this!
