I'm working on a walkthrough for the Dragonborn DLC. Some of the people in Raven Rock will be at that stone thing. Are any of those people quest-givers? And if so, will I be unable to do those quests until I 'cleanse' that stone with the dragon shout?

None of them will have quests for you as they are tied to the add-on's main story.

Just out of curiosity why are you working on a walkthrough, the reason I ask is that there are quite a few complete DB walkthroughs on the internet already. Is it a project or something?

Okay, so at point in the main quest will they be 'free'?

Craig, can you link me to the walkthrough? I just want to make sure I do every single quest possible. Like, I want to do all Raven Rock quests before leaving the city.
