Nah I just think the guard armor is boring. I actually think the Skaal guard armor from Morrowind was amazingly cool.

I like the Blades armor, never use anything else. It just seems to fit the climate of Skyrim, plus it looks realistic.

Agree with op, check my av. Guard armour is the only armour I wear, and green seems particularly cool on orcs.

In theory I also like fur armour but never seem to stick with it. Some "clothes" are quite good, the green or brown robin hood looking clothes are pretty sharp.

I really can't stand any of the bulky armours, heavy or light.
