I have finished getting the white lady to the basemant and they have sailed away. Now I can not leave the estate, it starts loading then it freezes and I have to shut the 360 off and try again. I have tried all doors to leave and it freezes every time. What is wrong, please help

No idea what's wrong, it never happened to me before. You might have to restart the mission via the mission selector.
