Launcher started back at 0%? : Othor Games

I had been patching my ESO for the past 2 days and had only 1 GB left to download.

Today when I started it up my launcher went back to 0% and it's really frustrating. I have the patch files on my computer, all 20 gb of them.

Any fixes?
