Okey so, when i just took the perk that slows the time down, everything went fine, the time went slow only in the first 2-3 seconds, but from yesterday this bug is causing me a lot of problems, when i block the time slows permanently!!! And if i block another attack the time is still stopped, either with save-reload it loads the game with the time stopped.

I can't play anymore decently..the entire dungeon is slow down, a damn door takes ages to open, or either a [censored] chest to open... -.-"

Have you the Quick Reflexes perk ????
