Are all these components compatible?

This is a bit of a tedious task as I am unable to link or paste anything for some reason. My question is are all these components compatible with one another? I believe I have found a decent build for a modest price, but I am a novice and have no real clue what I'm doing. Any help would be very appreciated.

Microsoft windows 7 premium sp1 64-bit - OEM

Intel Core i3 3220 Ivy Bridge 3.3GHz LGA 1155 55W Dual-Core

ASRock H77 PRO4-M LGA 1155 Intel H77 HDMi SATA 6GB/s USB 3.0 micro ATX

Western Digital WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB cache SATA 6GB/s 3.5" IHD, Blue, OEM

ASUS GT640-2GD3 GeForce GT 640 2GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready video card

G.Skill Ripjaws series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240 Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) desktop memory model F3-10666CL8D-4GBRM

Rosewill Green series RG530-S12 530W continuous @40 degrees C, 80 plus Bronze certified, Single 12V Rail, SLI & crossfire ready, active PFC "compatible with AMD, APU & Intel Core i7,i5,i3" PSU

ASUS Black SATA DVD-ROM Drive Model DVD-E818AAT (DVD-E818AAT/BLK/B/GE) - OEM

Corsair Carbide Series 200R Black steel / plastic compact ATX mid-tower case

Rosewill RFA-120-BL 120mm 4 blue LEDs LED case cooler

I appreciate anyone taking the time to let me know if this system will be compatible and worth the $670 this will cost. I am primarily getting it so I can play TESO, until I build a much better rig next year. Thanks again.

Only bottleneck I can see is the processor and the ram. If it were me I'd go with an i5 and 8 gig of ram. Someone with more knowledge than me will most likely know more.
