my experience so far....

I was excited to participate in the beta event. I was sent a key in a november emaill but i couldnt participate in november's beta because of other things i had to do. I was pleased to get another invite a few days ago. In the jan 7 email i was given my old code again, even tho the same email says old unredeemed codes dont work. i tried it anyway, sure enough it doesn't work. thanx so much for sending me a code that you knew didnt work.

The first time i attempted to contact tech support was 25-26 hours ago. I have attempted to contact them a few more times since then. so far nothing. If this is a preview of what things will be like when the game goes live, then we can expect weekend crashes to last until monday morning.

so now i am at a frustrated gamers last resort, complaining to people who cant help me in the forums.
