when your job makes you do difficult things..

so, yesterday I am sitting in my office, finishing up a bit of paperwork before the weekend, when Human Resources asked to meet with me..

Apparently, due to budget cuts they are going to cut down the size of the team that works under me, and need me to pick who is getting laid-off...

this is difficult, as I get along with all my employees quite well, and would consider most of them "friends"..

what are some difficult tasks you have had to go through at your job(s)/place of employment?

Don't listen to me, but if you told them this, don't agree to take the floppy disk.

I've had to deal with my scumbag boss, the kind of guy that has 0 ethics or regard for his employees. I know he's engaged in illegal activity and

i look forward to the day he gets led out of the plant in hand cuffs.

I work with probable victims of crime. Suspected child abuse cases are always tough to deal with.
