Currently stuck trying to decide on which race to play. Aesthetics are a major point in my MMO experience so I'm trying to decide Breton and Nord. I really love the snowy regions like where the Nords start out at. So my question is, can races hop to different zones to level? Or because those two races are on opposing factions, you can't visit the zones of each.
Obviously in the long term it doesn't matter, but I haven't been able to level very far in beta so I'm not sure what's out there as far as regions to explore/quest in.

Well eventually you will be able to explore all of Tamriel even the zones that are not controlled by your faction. As we know they talked about what they call + and ++ content. But if you are in the beta as you say you should go onto there beta forum and ask there as no one are allowed to tell you more then what is officially revealed to the press on this forum.

You are limited to your factions zones until 50, once you are 50 you can explore other factions zones.
