ESO Community--what do you predict?

So far so good, generally speaking. So far so good. I have long missed the days since there was a community generally more polite than the rest, generally more helpful, and generally more understanding. From what I gather, the vast majority of the players I have spoken with thus far and witnessed in zone chat tend to be old veterans like myself. This pleases me. Almost nothing disheartened me more than to see the EQ community I love vanish with the game, and the followup WoW community age out and be replaced by louder, angrier, trolling gamers.

I have high hopes that this title will attract and keep these veterans with its sense of nostalgia. But I'm curious--what have the rest of you witnessed/experienced within the beta community ingame so far? Has it been good? Bad? Mediocre? I'll never understand the urge to be rude and aggressive toward other players like there is something to prove--we're all here for a common purpose. Do you think we can keep it up? What is your take on the feel of the game and its reflection on the kind of community it may bring?

If some of the people on this forum are anything to go by then I wouldn't hold your breath.

We can't really say because of NDA, but I will say I have good feelings coming out of this weekend.

So true, no matter which direction you want to point the comment.
