Is there information about what provinces are featured in TESO in their entirety? I've read somewhere that only Valenwood is and that other provinces aren't featured fully. Is that true? I find it hard to believe.

I belive on the ESO site there is interactive maps that shows all the regions that will be avaible at the start , from what I remember no Alliance start with full map. That would be a little unfair and a repete of DaoC
