Does anyone know if the atronoch perk is effected by fortify restoration potions like the atronoch stone is?

I could be wrong but I don't think perks can be affected by the fortify restoration potions.

As far as I know, the answer is no. But I have read a lot about the absorbation perks and one of the stones stopping one from casting summoning spells, like the ones in conjuration. Maybe someone who knows more about this can answer better. Sorry. I so not use that perk. I do not use any of the alteration perks cause I do not like them, and by the time I remembered to use them the enemy was dead.

You are right the atronoch perk and stone both screw up summons. The atronoch stone is definitely affected by fortify rest potion and so is the lady stone. I was just wondering about the atronoch perk though. I don't have a good way of testing.

No. Fortify resto does not affect perks.

There's a console command that shows your absorbchance -

getavinfo absorbchance

Use that before and after drinking a potion to see the change.
