First I will ask if you can openly post suggestions on here so I don't just get banned by the mods. Suggestions on the game in this forum are yes/no?

All feedback on public forums like this are restricted by the NDA. Which means you can only post your suggestions in the ESO Beta forums.
The Beta forums are now closed though, but there will be future opportunities for beta players to test more and give feedback. :smile:
