modding UI - by when information how to write mods

I guess nobody knows, but launch time is coming and it would be good to write some mods.

There is one that might be very useful - saved skill sets, so we can have few skill selections defined and available with one click/shortcut (like Alt+1 to have skills for sneaking, Alt+2 for magic etc.).

Some people complain about UI being very ascetic,I like current style a lot, but we could give them much buttons around screens to click.

There might be addon to refresh food/potions buffs (well this will always be in MMOs) also.

Beside that I got no idea how modding of UI can be used more.

1. There isn't any official information yet on whether modding will be possible at all.

2. Skill sets are already implemented - you have a separate skill set for every weapon type you can use. When you swap weapons, you also swap you hotbar.

3. Extra buttons are pointless because you will not be able to use skills that are not on your (vanilla) hotbar. Much like D3, the game is balanced around the idea that you can only use a limited subset of your skills at a time.

No idea on how provisions (food & potions) will be handled outside of that you can craft them.

It is about one skill set (or two for second shift), but I'm talking about few more definitions, so i could have one established set and two for experimenting or prepared for some special situations.

For example when I fight with bow I think that there will be different skills used during PvE and during PvP, so I could have two sets stored and ready to use with one click.
