Is script dragon still required?

For any standard/major mods is it still needed?

Wow... I haven't used ScriptDragon in a looooong while.

I don't even think it's up to date with v1.9. But then again, I haven't checked in a long while either.

Got no clue if any mods still require it as I don't think I've even used it in a long time. TBH, I can't even remember any mods that did, although I remember there was at least one I used which did, but now I can't remember which one.

As far as I know Chesko has written a few posts about SD preventing certain papyrus events from firing. But he never got an answer from the SD author.

There was a mod I saw about a month ago released that was using SD - it was a mod that introduced smooth speed-up and slow-down from walking to sprinting. Can't remember the name of it. But that's the only one I've seen in a long time.
