Will this run the game on very high max settings?

Not sure if this is the right place for it but...

Will these specs be able to run fallout and every game on high-very high settings?

You can run F3 and F:NV very easily on max settings but no anti-aliasing and be careful with filtering. Might even run Skyrim very well. What worries me is that mobile graphics card, the GTX 760M, i don't think it will be able to run the mainstream super demanding games no max easily (Battlefield 4 and the like)

Also, isn't that resolution a tad too much for a 15" screen?
