I don't use ENB boost thus far, don't want my performance reduced... But the CTD and memory patch requires ENB... Would this be benefit at all and worth using ENB?

Yes. Use it. It has the option to just use the Boost without any graphical enhancements. This is what I do. So it does not impact your performance or your graphics at all.

It is very well documented and implemented (I was a newbie and could do it), and the visual result is very natural indeed and not over-the-top "beautified" or in-your-face "real-ified" at all. Highly recommended!
