Hi folks.Can anyone recommend a mod for a OCD purist like me? I dislike anything lore-unfriendly,characters without voice or not well implemented enough to seamlessy integrate into the game and not feel like a mod.

You still didn't specify what kiind of mods are you looking for. Quest mods? Armor and weapons? Followers? Survivalism mods?

Anything that somehow enriches the game experience is a go. Weapons, dungeons, quests...

Most mods that has "Immersive" in the name is usually lore-friendly, like Immersive Patrols or Immersive Armors..

Immersive Weapons doesn't but weapons of the third era MOS and heavy weapons armoury are good weapons mods... immersive creatures is good and you can toggle lore settings.
