I've read a lot of the topics on here and I've ran into this name on numerous occasions. Who is he and what is rockopolis and where is it? Is it part of the lure from previous fallouts? I've only played 3 and nv.

He is the fabled Ghoul who you can often hear stories about on GNR. Was the trusty sidekick to Herbert "Daring" Dashwood in his many adventures (you can find him in Tenpenny Tower). Rockopolis was a secret rock "city" (not really) that, according to the radio stories, was accidentally exposed to raiders and trashed thanks to the duo. Argyle was last rumored to be there. It's an unmarked location not too far off north from Casey's garage, you'll know it's there by the christmas lights hung outside. You can look up a video on youtube for more exact directions, since it doesn't show up on your pip-boy map.
