Tamriel become a small place

Think about it , Skyrim , Cyrodill , Morrowind , are now compared to other game dimensions just small fishtanks....

Will bethesda keep goigfor those proportions or its about time to rethink their scale valuesso. That the next ES will perhaps feature big metropolis , huge worldsaces and so on?

This would obviously require a reshape , refit and redesign of whats been done so far in terms of environment , arts and concepts.....

Imagine the capital City of the Empire no more a bunch of few homes with a big tower in the middle but a large metropolis ala Assassin Creed , and all surroundings featuring new and large cities never even tought befoure in lore because the map size couln't hold them.

It is not viable to have too big games.
1. Development time. There has to be something interesting when exploring. So the bigger the land, the more to add.
2. Hardware: It's going to be difficult to run a big game.
3. The world can be scary if it is too big. Imagine thst you'd have to sprint for, 5 mins just to get to the other side of town. And the amount quests that have to be in a world that big. It would drive me crazy if I had 70+ side quests running.

All of which are considerably different that TES. I certainly cant strip an enemy down to their knickers in any of them, and I still think Skyrim has more content then any of those

Well, Assassin's creed doesn't really have much more content, Witcher is probably Beth's biggest rival (but 3 isn't released yet), and GTA doesn't have more content. All that GTA has is a little bigger world than the ES releases, but ES has dungeons and buildings.
