Creating a location

Hi there! I am new to TES Creation set. I started a mod that will add an inn to the world of Tamriel. I have several problems.

1. When I approach the Inn and get of my horse a battle music starts to play but there is no enemy around. When I go inside and wait a while a minotaur appears (leveled enemy) but I dont know where from! I deleted all monster marks around that place.
2. When I press record button when recording a voice, everything goes as it should, I even save it, but than the NPC wont say it in the game. Only text appears. I tried doing it as it was in this tutorial: http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/Dialogue_Tutorial I wanted to add sounds directly into the folder, but there IS NO folder! I can ony get to the Data folder under Oblivion but there is no Sound folder there. Sad thing is that when I double click the sound path (in the biggest white window in Edit Response window), the files are there and they play.
3. I have a door named Rentdoor that I set to LOCKED but they are unlocked in the game. I tried deleting and placing a new door but its the same.
4. When player get to choose if he wants the bed or not, there are wrong answers from the NPC. When he wants the room (AND have enough money of course) the NPC will not give him the room but give him the response as if he doesnt have enough money. When he refuses the room, there is a response from Manheim Maulhand (Inn of Ill Omen) which was an original character that I just changed for my game (AND has a new script now so that isnt the problem).
5. Also, I cant find my mod on my computer. When I let comp search for it, it only finds a shortcut.

Thank you for helping me with any of these.

Ok so in case anyone is reading these forums I have an update. I managed to fix the door so now they are closed and I also found out about the problem with dialogue responses from NPC. I have a room. It costs 10 gold. The problem is that when I want to take it and click "Ill take it." option it gets me the opposite response from NPC - You dont have enough money! When I set it to the opposite, I got the right answer and everything went OK.

1) there may be an enemy somewhere you can't see, such as inside the building mesh. you may also have changed the music type for the cell.
2) the folder could be hidden, change your computer's settings to show hidden folders. this should also fix 5.
3) the door could be modified by a script or an AI package, check it and any applicable NPCs. this is especially likely if you copied an existing oblivion door.
4) check the conditions for the different dialog responses. they are probably set up wrong.
5) see 2. you can also see what the shortcut is pointing to and check that location by hand.

thats what i can think of atm, hope it helps.

1) As Lady Nerevar said, there may be a spawn point inside the building mesh. Try casting Detect Life in game and see if that's the case. Another thing you can do to check is this: In the Cell View window of the CS, find the exterior cell your in is located in and click on it once. A list of everything in that cell will show up in the right hand side of the Cell View window. Scroll through the list and delete any creature spawns you find.

2) The sounds are in the Oblivion-Sounds BSA file and must be unpacked first. You can use the BSA utility from Oblivion Mod Manager to do this. Then, add you sound file to the unpacked sound folder.

3) Solved :goodjob:

4) Also solved :goodjob:

5) Are you using http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/Windows_Vista

Im using Vista Basic.... I found out that I first need to click the compatibility files in the folder in order to see the .esp files. But I didnt know about the BSA thing. I will try that now.
