I am at 101 or 100 with several skills, including enchanting, smithing, archery, and one-handed. Can I go up higher, or is 100/101 the ceiling. My player level is 58.

You can level higher with mods (like community uncapper), but not without mods. Being 100 in every skill, you're level 81.

Of course, you can set your skills to as high as you wish using console commands.

100 is the maximum skill level for all skills.
enchanted items can increase certain skills but only when wearing the enchanted item.
I don't know if any potions increase skills for a short time.
