I think i spend too much time within the town walls. Going to the shop to sell your junk, then talk to an npc in hope to get a quest, put your valuable in a container, making potions, and making spells/enchantments. That counts to 5-10 mins. Too much time maybe?

That′s no where near how much time Lothran spends in towns, at least not in the winter!

I like the towns and I like going to inns to socialize, to the Fighters Guild to work out and to the Mages Guild to stock up on alchemical ingredients. As much as I love the wilderness I also like spending time with the many friends of Lothran. And since he spends approximately five months in Bruma every winter (real time) it means he′s quite busy the rest of the year visiting them all

I spend a lot of time in towns lately, being afraid to end up in the forest during the day with nothing to svck at...

Seriously, for me it is still interesting to figure things out the odd way.

For example, I try to talk even normal guards into being my friend. You can do this once a day... this takes up a lot of time in towns and is something you can do if you don't want to be in the woods.

You can also go on a Pickpocketing trip, this is pretty hard to do in the wilderness.

p.s. I also have a 40 Gold bounty on my head in Kvatch for pocking that Andorian with a dagger. I wonder how I can remove the bounty without going to jail...

You can get rid of the bounty by doing the first part of thieves guild quest line I believe. (which gives you access to an NPC that can remove your bounty)
