Hey can anyone tell me whats up? I have Talvas, Neloth's apprentice trying to kick my butt after I was trying to save them from a dragon. What's up with that? Even Neloth is out to get me!

Did you attack them, or maybe any NPC, at any point?

Talvas is probably just following Neloth's orders. Neloth is clearly annoyed that he couldn't ask the dragon topical political questions for Saturalia - due to your killing it - as he's a mad, pointy-eared, Telvanni, grey b*stard.

Alternatively, yes, are you positive that you've not accidentally struck either of them, or used an AoE shout/spell/other attack?
