Ok I've had a little issue with freezing when trying to use a scroll of Icarian flight. I narrowed it down (after many freezes) to the skill/attribute removal cap setting in MCP which seems to be the trigger. It may just be one of those though. Has anyone come across this and is there a fix?

The skill/attribute cap removal functions od MCP should simply not be used with GCD and are not required, anyway, as GCD uses a workaround to increase skills and attributes over 100.
