Peyton Manning is a man on a mission. I mean seriously who would you rather face Manning or Wilson? I think the Seahawks have a little more growing to do. I'd be surprised if the Bronos lost. But anything is possible right..
I think the Broncos will win. And even though Sherman is a bigger talker, I think he is pretty good, so he will cover his field OK. And the Pro Bowl I don't really care about so I think it should just stay the way it is.
Broncos.
Richard Sherman lives up to his first name.
Pro Bowl is a joke.
Besides all that, this should be a pretty good Super Bowl
See, I look at Sherman, then I look at someone like Champ Bailey. Champ covered his part of the field just fine, and let his play do the talking for him. I have much more respect for someone who does that than someone who lets their mouth do the playing for them.
Although, I do remember a Broncos/Chiefs games, back when they were heading to the Superbowls, where Shannon Sharpe trash talked a guy into 3, yes 3, Personal Fouls in a row. He talked trash, the defender grabbed Sharpe's face mask and took him to the ground 3 times. Gained 45 yards on penalties and the defender got ejected from the game. Now, that's trash talking someone.
I'm not saying I respect the guy, I think we need more players like Champ Bailey, I'm just saying even though he does trash talk, I think Richard Sherman will cover decently.
And Shannon Sharpe is just smart strategically.

Sherman's rant on live TV following the game wasn't only classless, it should be fined. Men, women, and children watching the broadcast want no part in your emotion-fueled on the field antics and my ears ached after hearing that half-english outburst. You can take the superstar out of the ghetto, but you can't take the ghetto out of the superstar...Hope manning rips him to shreds.
Well, I predicted it. Two #1 seeds...first time in 20 years. Seems only right.
So who wins? I say the Broncos. Why? The easy answer to that one word question would be Peyton Manning. Though in this case, it's also the right answer. He is better than Russell Wilson and this year he has been on an incredible level. I think it will be a close game, but give Peyton a steady shot at that defense for an entire game and he'll do more against it then I think Russell can against the Broncos D. The Broncos showed they can put pressure on an elite QB without having their best player (Von Miller). I wouldn't put the Patriots receivers too far ahead or behind what Seattle has to offer, but certainly the Seahawks have a much better runningback.
This is the best possible matchup, so sorry to any fans who wanted their team in, but the two best teams facing off is what is needed sometimes. And not only that, but the best offense in the NFL going up against the best defense in the NFL. And not just by one measure, but by the two big ones: Yards and Points. Nobody scored more points and gained more yards than Denver, and nobody gave up fewer points or yards on defense than Seattle. It's a match made in heaven.
On a personal note, I want to see Manning win it all to put more weight into the statement that is he the best quarterback of all time. It will give him two rings, the single season passing records, and by the end of his career the career passing records. Nobody reads a defense like he does and nobody runs an offense the way he does. I wonder if we'll see some running by Peyton at all like Elway did back in the day trying to win it all against the Packers, that would be a sight to see.
On the other hand, I would love to see the Seahawks win it all too. Russell Wilson is one of best young QB's in the league, and in years to come will most likely be in the discussion as one of the elites as some of the current ones start retiring (Peyton, Brady, Brees, Rodgers...though that's a bit farther off). It will certainly give him the edge over the rest of the group of Kaepernick, Luck, Dalton, and Foles because he will have a ring. I still see Foles though having the highest ceiling because he plays an ideal game with an ideal build (that also could be the Eagles blind faith showing in me, so take it with a grain of salt).
I can't wait for Super Bowl Sunday. This might be the best game since the 2008 Super Bowl Patriots and Giants....though for different reasons. That one was great because the big time underdog held the best offense in history (until this season of course) to 14 points and won, making the completely unexpected happen. This one though people will expect to be great. I want it to live up to the hype.
Broncos - 34
Seahawks - 27
MVP - Peyton Manning
Way too many blown calls in the NFC game. I don't want to say the fix was on but it sure as heck seemed like it. Those referees should be downgraded so they're never officiating an important game again.
I still say Broncos are going to win the Super Bowl
The guy probably had no clue what Sharpe was yelling at him and got upset.
I really wish I got to see that game, but I missed it. At least I got to see the Broncos vs Patriots game.
Even if Peyton wins, I don't see him being considered as the greatest QB of all time. Perhaps if he also wins next year, but as of now I see Montana as the undisputed greatest, followed by Brady.
It was ugly. Just watched that post game interview and it wasn't that bad. Think the media wants to stir up some hype for the Super Bowl and future division games.
