What are the actual known features so far?

SO far I read somewhere about piecemental armor but what else do u know?

What is piecemental armor? I hadn't heard of this before.

There is no such thing as piecemental armor. Hes just talking about armor that is broken up into parts like Pauldrons, Cuirass, Grieaves, boots, gloves, etc. More like morrowind and less like skyrim.

8 armor pieces, that is belt and shoulders in addition to the pieces from Oblivion. This was confirmed some time ago.

awesome , I wish those features coudl be ported back to Skyrim , I still don't get why they removed them .

Yeah it's more Piece-Meal than Skyrim for sure. Separate pauldrons, greaves and chest.

PS: There are pauldron and greaves mods for Skyrim.
